Sometimes it’s fun to do something a little different. This cardigan and jumper have been knitted from cuff to cuff to get the Stylecraft Batik Swirl yarn to provide vertical stripes. There are twisted stitches and little ridges to keep the knit interesting. Almost forgot to say, there’s a beanie hat pattern too to use up left overs if you have any.

You will need: 4mm (UK8 – U SA6) circular knitting needles, 60cm, 24in, long. Stitch holders. Stitch m arkers. Hat: 1 set of 4mm (UK8 – USA6) double pointed knitting needles.

You can pick your own colour, or use the colours chosen in the pattern.
