This cardigan pattern is delightful in Colour Twist’s Coconut and Cinnamon shades. The ribbed pattern with a garters stitch ridge gives great texture. There are two options for these two easy knit designs- a round neck or a V neck with pockets. Who doesn’t love pockets? The shorter style cardigan would look great with a tee and jeans or paired with a tunic and belt for a more classic look.
Colour Twist is a 100% premium acrylic yarn that’s not just eye catching but is also super soft to touch. Presented in a new convenient 100g pull skein, it is designed to be pulled from the middle with a handy label. Colour twist creates a random pattern effect as you knit. This is because the individual plys are separately dyed and then twisted to give this subtle multitonal effect and lovely textured look to the patterns.
You will need: 1 pair 4mm (UK 8 – U SA 6 ) knitting needles and 1 pair 3.25mm (UK 10 – USA 3) knitting needles. 6 buttons for Round Neck Cardigan and 5 buttons for V Neck Cardigan, 1.5cm, ½ in.
